Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Creatix YT, you accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
Service description
Creatix YT is a suite of free and premium tools for analyzing YouTube content using the official YouTube Data API v3. Our tools include:
Channel Analyzer, Description SEO Analyzer, Comments Analyzer, Tags Extractor, Title Generator, Revenue Calculator, Thumbnail Previewer, Trending Thumbnails, Ads Analyzer, and Channel Compare.
Subscription tiers
Some tools and features require a premium subscription. We offer the following tiers:
- •Free: Basic access to Channel Analyzer and Description SEO Analyzer with limited daily analyses.
- •Supporter ($3+): Access to Thumbnail Previewer, Trending Thumbnails, Title Generator, and Channel Compare. Ad-free experience.
- •Pro ($10+): Access to Comments Analyzer, Tags Extractor, and Ads Analyzer. Unlimited analyses.
- •VIP ($25+): Access to Revenue Calculator and all premium features. Priority support.
Acceptable use
By using this service, you agree to:
- •Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- •Not attempt to access private or non-public data.
- •Not overload the service with excessive automated requests.
- •Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators.
Advertising
The service displays ads provided by Adsterra. Ads help us keep the service free. Premium users can enjoy the service without ads.
We have no control over third-party ad content. If you find an inappropriate ad, please contact us.
Donations, Products and Premium
Donations and product purchases are processed through Ko-fi, a third-party platform. By donating or purchasing, you also accept Ko-fi's terms of service.
Purchasing a product (plan) on Ko-fi is equivalent to making a donation. Both options grant the same premium benefits and are subject to the same conditions. Products exist solely to facilitate the direct selection of a specific plan.
Donations and product purchases unlock premium benefits for a limited time based on the amount. Benefits and their duration are detailed on the Support page.
Donations and product purchases are voluntary and non-refundable. If you have issues with your transaction, contact Ko-fi directly.
Affiliate links
Our Partners page contains affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you make a purchase or registration through these links, at no additional cost to you.
All affiliate links are clearly identified. We only recommend services we consider useful for our community.
Intellectual property
The code and design of Creatix YT is property of its creators. Data shown about YouTube channels belongs to their respective creators and YouTube/Google.
Limitations of liability
Creatix YT is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

- •Continuous availability of the service.
- •That the service will be error-free.
Use of YouTube API
This service uses the YouTube API and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Policies. By using Creatix YT, you also accept:
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict of law principles. We operate globally and are committed to complying with applicable laws in each jurisdiction where we provide our services.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ecuador, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.
For users in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence. For users in California, please see the dispute resolution section below.
Dispute resolution
We want to address your concerns without the need for formal legal proceedings. Before filing a claim, please contact us to try to resolve the dispute informally.
For California residents: You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to our contact email.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
